Buy Cheap, Buy 10? Why I Finally Invested in a Liforme Yoga Mat

I’ve always been a bit of a “do I really need to spend that much?” person.

Especially when it comes to something as simple as a yoga mat.

There are plenty of inexpensive mats out there. They look good, they do the job and, at first glance, it can seem a little mad to spend considerably more on one.

But then I started thinking…

What if buying the cheap one means buying 10?

I’m now a Liforme ambassador, and the blue Liforme mat you can see in these photos is the one I use.

Yes, it costs more than a generic yoga mat.

But there’s a reason.

It’s beautifully made, feels fantastic underfoot and, most importantly for me, it’s designed to last.

I’d much rather buy one really good mat and use it for years than keep replacing cheaper ones when they start to lose their grip, wear out or simply stop feeling nice to practise on.

If you practise yoga regularly, you’ll know exactly what I mean.

You don't want to be constantly adjusting your hands and feet or worrying about your mat moving underneath you.

My Liforme gives me that lovely feeling of being able to concentrate on my practice rather than my equipment.

And I love the alignment markings too — particularly when I'm practising at home and want a little visual guide.

Yes.

Is it better value? For me, absolutely.

Because value isn't always about the cheapest price you can pay today.

Sometimes it's about buying something once, loving it and actually getting years of use from it.

That's how I look at my Liforme.

It’s an investment in something I use regularly — not something that ends up shoved in a cupboard after a few months.

And let's face it, if you're going to roll your mat out several times a week, you might as well make it a lovely experience.
