Creatine After 40: Why I’m Looking at CreaGlow Differently

After more than 30 years in the beauty, wellness and fitness industry, I've tried my fair share of supplements and wellness products.

So when I came across CreaGlow by Free Soul, I was interested enough to give it a go.

I've been using it for a short time, so I'm not going to give you a full review just yet — I don't think that's fair when I haven't used it long enough.

What I do like is the combination of creatine, collagen and electrolytes in one simple daily drink. And yes, the pretty pink raspberry flavour definitely helps!

For me, wellness at this stage of life is about strength, energy and looking after yourself for the years ahead — not trying to turn back the clock.

So I'm going to keep taking it, see how I get on, and I'll report back once I've given it a proper try.
